Job Description

An Assistant Sales Manager supports the Sales Manager in overseeing sales operations, developing strategies, and ensuring team performance. This role involves training and coaching sales representatives, analyzing sales data, managing budgets, and addressing customer issues. They also play a crucial part in fostering communication between the sales team and upper management. 


Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the development and implementation of sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals. 
  • Monitoring sales activity, analyzing sales data, and identifying areas for improvement. 
  • Addressing customer complaints, resolving issues, and building strong customer relationships.  Assisting with the preparation and management of sales budgets. 
  • Facilitating communication between the sales team and senior management. 
  • Overseeing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals. 
  • Preparing and presenting sales reports and forecasts to senior management. 


Qualifications

  • 1-2 Years of experience in sales and marketing 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. 
  • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service. 
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is often preferred
