Key Responsibilities

Property Management Support

  • Prepare and manage Property Management Agreements (PMAs)
  • Advertise rental properties and support tenant applications
  • Draft tenancy agreements and lodge bonds
  • Monitor rent arrears and alert the property manager
  • Manage maintenance requests and follow-ups
  • Handle lease renewals and negotiation communications
  • Archive documentation accurately in SharePoint

Leasing & Inspections

  • Schedule and conduct ingoing, routine, and outgoing inspections via Inspection Manager
  • Respond to inspection-related inquiries and manage Leasing Sydney inbox
  • Roll out rent increase and inspection notices from Property Tree
  • Add new properties and tenancy details into Property Tree
  • Finalize leases after deposit confirmation
  • Handle break lease and move-out requests

Accounting & Admin Support

  • Process payments, receipts, and letting fees
  • Perform bank reconciliations with the finance team
  • Maintain trust account and lease-related financial records in Property Tree

Communication & Coordination

  • Act as a liaison between owners, tenants, and the property team
  • Email lease documents and notices professionally
  • Provide reference checks and tenant surveys as requested
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations
  • Support CRM updates and lead follow-ups for new business

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or related field
  • 2+ years in leasing, property management, or real estate admin
  • Strong English communication skills (Mandarin is a plus)
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and Property Tree
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles
