Area Sales Manager

Location: Kathmandu

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in Pharma sales as ASM

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Graduate in Science

Key Responsibility Areas

1.     Support in sales strategy:

·        Help team to gather Market feedback and ensure it is sent to Marketing team.

·        Attend induction, CTP, Cycle meetings to understand campaigns and other processes.

·        Ensure team is prepared for in clinic discussions through detailing practice, proper understanding of strategy and product knowledge.

2.     Sales Management

·        Validate and approve SVL, STP, MTP, MTCPP, as per policy.

·        Assign visit frequency of Drs based on potential and our business and ensure compliance by rep.

·        Ensure inclusion of all important market chemists in the list as per policy.

·        Validate new Drs/transferred Drs and recommend for addition to RBM in SVL. Recommend deletion of Drs with low potential and transferred Drs.

3.     Sales Management - Supply Chain

·        Ensure availability of new products, liquidation of non-moving/near expiry products. (P).

·        Help SA to handle difficult stockist (P).

4.     Reporting & Submission

·        Ensure timely submission (for self) and validation / approval (for team) as per frequency / process stipulated by company - MTP, Expense statement, SSS, Monthly report.

·        Submit territory, product, stockist wise sales plan. Also submit plan of Drs Conversion product wise.

5.     Stakeholder engagement

·        Ensure attendance of Drs in CMEs/Conference (P).

·        Coordination of Speakers for CMEs.

·        Recommendation of Drs in enrolment of activities.
