Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Kathmandu. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and collaborating with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness. The role also includes analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, and overseeing a sales team to achieve targets. Working closely with the management team to ensure the hotel's financial and service goals are met is a key part of the role.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Sales Strategy, Client Relationship Management, and Team Management
  • Proficiency in Market Analysis and Sales Reporting
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Understanding of Hospitality and Tourism Industry
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and brand management (beneficial)
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
