Job Description
Vacant position : Sales Executive – Concrete Technologist (Construction Chemicals)
Salary : 30-70K
Location: Kathmandu
Industry: Construction Materials / Infrastructure / Chemicals
Responsibilities :
> Promote and sell admixtures, waterproofing systems, bonding agents, and other construction chemicals to contractors, RMC plants, and consultants.
> Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and field trials. Provide technical support on concrete mix design, dosage optimization, and troubleshooting.
> Develop strong relationships with clients, site engineers, consultants, and procurement managers.
> Track and respond to project leads, tender opportunities, and BOQs. Coordinate with internal technical and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
> Prepare daily/weekly reports and maintain CRM entries.
Qualifications:
> Diploma or Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Concrete Technology, or related field.
> 1–3 years’ experience in construction chemical sales or technical support in concrete works.
> Sound knowledge of concrete mix design and construction practices. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
> Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools. Own two-wheeler preferred.
> Preferred Background Experience with global brands like Fosroc, Sika, BASF, Cico, etc. Familiarity with local RMC plants and construction contractors in Kathmandu valley.
