This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Kathmandu. The Human Resources Intern will assist with daily HR duties, including handling HR policies, managing employee benefits, and supporting personnel management tasks. This role involves exposure to various HR functions such as HR management and learning the implementation of HR strategies and policies within the company.
- Basic understanding of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Familiarity with HR Policies and Employee Benefits
- Knowledge of Personnel Management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
