- Oversee and manage the F&B operations ensuring high standards of service, hygiene, and quality.
- Train and mentor team members to uphold the service philosophy of the IHCL/Taj Safaris.

- Assist in developing and implementing innovative menu offerings.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive guest experience.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in F&B management or a supervisory role within a luxury or hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food and beverage trends and best practices.
- A passion for delivering world-class customer service.
- A degree or diploma in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.
