Position: Operation Officer (EV – Business Development)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Workstation: On-Site / Kuleshwor, Kathmandu

Offered Monthly Salary: 20,000/- to 22,000/-

Working Hours: 9:30am to 5:30pm / Sunday – Thursday

Job Summary

To support growing initiatives, we are seeking an Operations Officer to assist with client acquisition, stakeholder coordination, training and monitoring of field activities, and follow-up on digital records.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain regular communication with local stakeholders including:

- Financial institutions (cooperatives, MFIs)

- Transport samitis, ward offices, and EV dealers, buyers' vendors

- Local implementing partners and NGOs

Serve as the first point of contact for field-level coordination.
Represent Aloi in community meetings and local events as needed.
Support onboarding of clients by verifying eligibility, collecting documentation, and entering data into Aloi systems.
Support the planning and delivery of digital training programs on financial literacy, technology use, etc.
Monitor attendance and engagement during training and follow up on knowledge retention.
Conduct field visits to track project implementation and client satisfaction.
Collect field data and provide regular updates and reports.
Assist stakeholders in following up with clients for timely transactions
