Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Hotel Manager to oversee all aspects of our hotel operations. The successful candidate will ensure an exceptional guest experience, efficient management of departments, and strong financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all hotel departments including front office, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance
- Ensure highest levels of guest satisfaction, service quality, and operational excellence
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize room occupancy and revenue
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate hotel staff across departments
- Maintain compliance with local laws, health and safety standards, and brand policies
- Monitor customer feedback and implement continuous service improvements
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and vendors for smooth operation
- Supervise maintenance of the property, ensuring facilities are in top condition
- Represent the hotel in meetings, public events, and partner engagements
