AAt AirCharge, we're passionate about transforming Nepal’s mobility landscape. Our mission is to revolutionize the way we move – one electric vehicle at a time. As pioneers in the Electric Mobility Service Provider space, we’re not just building infrastructure – we’re building a cleaner, smarter future. Join us in shaping the next chapter of sustainable transportation in Nepal.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Site Supervisor in Itahari & Malekhu who brings strong organizational, people management, and customer-focused experience—ideally from a hotel operations or hospitality marketing background. You’ll oversee the day-to-day operations at EV charging station sites, ensuring seamless execution, team coordination, and service quality.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals from the hotel or hospitality industry to pivot into the fast-growing green mobility sector, applying their operational and customer service skills in a new, dynamic field.

Qualifications
  • Work experience in hotels, hospitality services, or marketing roles in the hospitality or tourism sector.
  • Experience in marketing within the hospitality sector or hotel industry is highly preferred.
  • Able to lead a team, manage people, and handle daily operations.
  • Strong communication and people skills – comfortable talking to team members, customers, and partners.
  • Can solve problems calmly and quickly, especially in busy or unexpected situations.
  • Some understanding of site supervision, or a willingness to learn how EV charging stations work.
  • Completed a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or a related subject.
  • Interested in sustainability, electric vehicles, or working in an eco-friendly sector.

Responsibilities
  • Look after daily work at the EV charging station sites and make sure everything runs smoothly.
  • Work with technicians, vendors, and office teams to complete projects on time—just like managing hotel events or services.
  • Make sure the station is clean, safe, and welcoming for users, like keeping hotel areas guest-ready.
  • Talk to customers, help them with any problems, and make sure they have a good experience.
  • Use your hotel or tourism marketing ideas to help promote the EV service and improve visibility.
  • Check that the site looks good and matches our brand image—similar to how hotels maintain their standards.
  • Help organize local promotions or partnerships, like how hotels run events or offers.
  • Write short reports about daily work, problems, or customer feedback and share them with the main office.
