Position: Operation Officer (Agri-Business)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Workstation: On-Site / Kuleshwor, Kathmandu

Offered Monthly Salary: 20,000/- to 22,000/-

Working Hours: 9:30am to 5:30pm / Sunday – Thursday

Job Summary

An exciting new opportunity awaits you as we are hiring an Operations Officer for our Agriculture Business Development in a rapidly growing fin-tech company, Aloi Private Limited. Aloi Private Limited is a technology company that builds loan insight software. You would be mostly working from our office in Kuleshwor, Kathmandu and go on field visits as necessary.


Major Responsibilities:

  • Focusing on day to day activities related to different value chains.
  • Able to perform operational analysis and risk management strategies for smooth project operation.
  • Assisting in the planning, development, and implementation of project related activities.
  • Coordinating logistics for training sessions, including venue booking, material preparation, and participant communication.
  • Proper client relationship management, engaging with farmers, cooperatives, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide support accordingly.
  • Excellent interpersonal and client management skills.
  • Maintaining accurate records of project related documents and programs, compiling reports summarizing training outcomes, participant progress, feedback, and any relevant documentation.
  • Contributing to quality assurance efforts by identifying areas for improvement and suggesting enhancements.
  • Participating in team meetings, sharing insights, and contributing to overall team success.
  • Undertaking any ad hoc tasks as required.


Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, agriculture is preferred but not required
  • Experience in delivering training and informative sessions
  • Proficiency in documentation and excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills in both Nepali and English
  • Self motivated with proactive approach and result driven mindset
  • Outgoing personality, influencer and a team player
