About The OpportunityOperating within the retail and logistics sector, our organization is a dynamic player in on-site store management in Nepal. We focus on efficient inventory control and operational precision, ensuring seamless store activities in a competitive market. Role & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the store including inventory control, material issuance, and receipts.
- Ensure all materials are stored in proper locations with accurate documentation and labeling.
- Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels and inform procurement for replenishment.
- Ensure proper documentation of material in/out movement (Goods Receipt Note, Issue Slip, Stock Register, etc.).
- Handle material dispatch activities including packaging, labeling, transport coordination, and dispatching documentation.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Coordinate with departments for timely delivery and return of materials.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports related to stock status, incoming/outgoing material, and shortages.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and safety practices in the store area.
- Prepare and submit monthly stock reports and audit reports
- Working knowledge and experience of QMS (ISO 9001), EMS (ISO 14001), and OHSMS (ISO 45001).
- \Knowledge of 5S implementation in the store.
- Familiar with ERP or inventory management software.
- Awareness of workplace safety and housekeeping protocols.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (preferred: Logistics/Supply Chain/Management).
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in stores/inventory handling.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Good communication and coordination skills
