About CompanyThe HR & Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company’s human resources functions and ensuring smooth daily operations.The role combines strategic HR management, recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative/operational
oversight to support the business objectives of the IT company.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Plan and execute talent acquisition strategies for technical and non-technical roles.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to selection and onboarding.
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Develop and implement employee engagement activities.
- Address workplace conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions professionally.
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide guidance for career development.
- Policies & Compliance
- Draft and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company regulations, and IT industry standards.
- Training & Development
- Identify skills gaps and arrange relevant training sessions.
- Maintain training records and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Oversee payroll processing, attendance, leave management, and employee benefits.
- Coordinate Social Security Fund (SSF) and tax-related compliance.
- Office Administration & Resource Management
- Supervise office facilities, procurement, and vendor management.
- Ensure IT equipment, software licenses, and infrastructure are maintained
- 2. Process Optimization & SOPs
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for efficient
- Monitor KPIs for operational efficiency and recommend improvements.
- Project & Team Coordination
- Coordinate cross-departmental activities to meet project deadlines.
- Support project managers in resource allocation and timeline management.
- Legal & Compliance
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of IT industry trends and operational requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS systems, and project management tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR and Operations, preferably in an IT/software
- Experience in managing technical hiring and IT project support is a plus.
