We are looking for a talented and versatile Video Editor to join our creative team! This role combines two exciting areas:

• Roblox Game Content – crafting engaging gameplay edits, tutorials, and promotional content.
• Manga/Manhwa Recaps – transforming manga panels into dynamic, story-driven recap videos for YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.

Role Overview

As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for editing and enhancing video content that captures the imagination of both gamers and otakus. You’ll edit Roblox gameplay footage, live streams, and promotional clips, while also producing manga recap videos enriched with subtitles, sound effects, and background music.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw Roblox gameplay footage and turn it into engaging final videos (tutorials, highlights, live streams, etc.).
• Create Manga Recap videos by editing manga panels into visually appealing story-driven videos.
• Add visual effects, transitions, voiceovers, subtitles, sound design, and music.
• Collaborate with content creators on creative direction, pacing, and storytelling.
• Optimize videos for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Design thumbnails or assist with graphic design when needed.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated on video editing trends, YouTube/TikTok strategies, and gaming/manga content trends.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: At least 1 year in video editing (portfolio required).
• Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
• Passion for Roblox gaming content AND manga/anime culture.
• Bonus: Skills in voiceover/narration, motion graphics, color grading, audio editing, and thumbnail/graphic design.
• Knowledge of YouTube SEO and social media optimization is a plus.
• Excellent time management, attention to detail, and communication skills.
