Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, IT, Engineering, or related field


Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Store In-Charge to oversee and manage day-to-day operational activities within the network and communication sector. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of hands-on experience in operations, logistics coordination, and cross-functional management. This role involves streamlining processes, supporting technical teams, and ensuring smooth service delivery across all projects.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management:

  • Receive, store, and issue IT products and accessories such as input/output devices, networking tools, and peripherals.
  • Maintain accurate stock records and ensure proper labeling and categorization.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for replenishment.


2. Store Operations:

  • Ensure proper storage conditions to prevent damage or loss of items.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
  • Implement standard operating procedures for stock handling and storage.


3. Documentation & Reporting:

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
  • Maintain inward/outward register for goods movement.
  • Update ERP or inventory management software with accurate stock data.


4. Coordination:

  • Work closely with procurement, operations, and technical teams to fulfill product requirements.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of goods.


5. Quality & Compliance:

  • Check incoming products for quality and specifications before acceptance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in operations or administrative coordination.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Good understanding of network & communication service workflows.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and basic operations software/tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
