Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Operations Assistant, located in Ilam. The Operations Assistant will support daily operations, handle customer service inquiries, and assist in managing operations and analytical tasks. Responsibilities include coordinating with various departments, resolving operational issues, and ensuring smooth workflow within the organization.

- Strong Analytical Skills
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
