Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Supervisor/Assistant Manager at our head office in Butwal. The role involves supervising and managing call center teams, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, and providing effective team management. The supervisor will analyze call center data, implement improvements, and ensure efficient communication within the team. This role also requires handling escalated customer issues, coaching team members, and maintaining quality standards in service delivery.


Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Ability to handle escalated Sales and Marketing issues efficiently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • At Least 2 Years of experience in the Call center Sales and Marketing as a Supervisor or Manager is a Must
