Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architect to design functional, aesthetically pleasing, and sustainable spaces. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, design expertise, and the ability to manage projects from concept through completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop conceptual and schematic designs that align with client requirements and project objectives.
• Create detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and renderings for client presentations.
• Prepare feasibility studies and site analysis reports.
• Produce detailed construction drawings, specifications, and schedules in compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure design integrity.
• Review and update designs based on feedback, site conditions, or client requests.
• Assist in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Monitor progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Conduct site visits to supervise construction work and resolve technical issues.
• Meet with clients to understand requirements, present design concepts, and gain approvals.
• Liaise with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Provide technical advice and recommendations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Incorporate sustainable design principles and materials to create environmentally responsible buildings.
• Stay updated on architectural trends, technologies, and building regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Professional license or eligibility for licensure preferred.
• Strong proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp,Enscape, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Proficiency in 3D animation.
• Knowledge of building codes, construction techniques, and materials.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
• Attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.

Experience:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in architectural design, preferably with experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
• Proven portfolio demonstrating design capabilities and project execution.

Working Conditions:

• Office-based design work with regular site visits.
• May involve occasional overtime to meet project deadlines.
