About The Role

We're looking for a skilled and product-focused Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our growing team in Nepal. In this role, you'll work across the frontend, backend, cloud infrastructure, and integrations—building systems that power Odin's core operations and customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, cloud-native applications across the stack using React, TypeScript, and NestJS/Django
• Collaborate with product, domain, and design teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Optimize frontend performance and ensure responsive, high-quality user experiences
• Build and integrate REST APIs, ensuring performance, security, and maintainability
• Work with Azure cloud services, Dockerized microservices, and Kubernetes-based orchestration
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and DevOps best practices
• Integrate AI/LLM-powered features into production systems, including prompt engineering, API integration, and fine-tuning
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following software engineering best practices
  
  

Requirements

Required Experience

• 1-3 years of professional experience in full-stack development
• Proven expertise with React, TypeScript, Redux, and UI component libraries like Ant Design
• Strong backend development experience with NestJS or Django
• Hands-on experience designing and consuming REST APIs
• Familiarity with Azure or other cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
  
  

Favorable Experience

• Experience integrating and deploying AI/LLM-powered features into production environments
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and OAuth2 flows
• Experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot (custom objects, workflows, automation)
• Familiarity with Google APIs (Sheets, Drive, OAuth2 integrations)
• Domain knowledge in fintech, mortgage tech, or related industries
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering or related technical field
• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and computer systems
• Clear understanding of software engineering principles, including architecture, scalability, and maintainability
• Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills with a focus on clarity, documentation, and code readability
