Store Officer

Responsibilities

Maintain updated stock register (manual and ERP system).
Prepare and submit Daily/weekly and monthly Stock Reports to the Production and Management teams.
Receive, inspect, and verify materials and goods from suppliers.
Ensure proper documentation of all inward and outward store transactions.
Issue materials to concerned departments against approved requisitions.
Implement inventory management systems like FIFO or FEFO..
Coordinate with procurement, production, and quality control departments to maintain stock flow.
Conduct monthly and yearly physical stock verification and support internal audits.

Qualifications

· Minimum qualification: +2 (Intermediate); Bachelor's in Management preferred.

· Candidates with prior experience in refinery plants and strong knowledge of refinery machinery and equipment will be given higher consideration.

· Minimum 3 years of experience in storekeeper, preferably in manufacturing industry.

· Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock reporting, and warehouse operations.

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software

· Strong communication and coordination skills.

· Ability to work independently and under pressure.
