Key tasks and responsibilities

  1. Develop, amend and ensure strict implementation of the personnel policy and programs within the organization.
  2. Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants.
  3. Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
  4. Perform staffing duties such as dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures.
  5. Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
  6. Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations.
  7. Analyze training needs to design employee development, language training and health and safety programs.
  8. Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.
  9. Manage all the internal and external communication systems, thus providing accurate information.
  10. Manage all assets/ facilities of the organization – database management, maintenance, insurance, purchase, etc.


Experience

2-3 years of experience in the related field. 


Education

Bachelors / Masters in Human Resource
