Kalash provides inbound, outbound voice services as well as non-voice services of back-office, social media, data entry etc.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Naxal, Nepal. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will also manage customer support channels, provide accurate information about products and services, and maintain a high level of customer experience.
Shift: 6 AM- 2 AM ( Morning Shift)
Must be Flexible

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
- Must be technical Background
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Prior experience in Customer Service representative is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
