Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s HR operations, developing HR strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring legal compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational objectives.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution to maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Design and manage compensation, benefits, and incentive programs as per company policy.
- Conduct training needs assessments and coordinate professional development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety standards, and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation.
- Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, transparency, and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in HR management or related fields.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employment regulations.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
