Job Description
Position: Area Service Managers (for Different Locations) Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee dealer service operations and monitor profitability
  • Conduct preventive & corrective maintenance at dealer workshops and customer locations
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults in two-wheelers
  • Provide technical guidance and on-site training to dealer service teams
  • Ensure adherence to Yamaha service quality standards with regular reporting
  • Manage spare parts coordination and monitor service metrics
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in motorcycle/automotive service
  • Strong knowledge of two-wheeler mechanics and diagnostic tools
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Willingness to travel across assigned regional areas
  • Must possess a valid driving license
