We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to lead our Sales and Operations team. This multifaceted leadership role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong organizational skills, who can align cross-departmental efforts to drive growth, ensure operational excellence, and support business continuity.


Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, and client relationships.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and guide the sales team toward continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to align go-to-market strategies.
  • Coordinate interdepartmental efforts to ensure smooth operational workflows and effective resource utilization.
  • Continuously evaluate business processes and implement improvements for greater efficiency and scalability.
  • Supervise core administrative functions including vendor management, compliance, and internal documentation.
  • Work closely with the finance team to monitor budgets, control expenditures, and review financial reports.
  • Ensure timely invoicing, payment follow-ups, and coordination with external accountants or finance consultants.
  • Provide leadership support to the HR function by addressing employee queries and maintaining a collaborative culture.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in a leadership role spanning sales, operations, or administration.
  • Strong understanding of project delivery, business operations, and client engagement.
  • Familiarity with HR and finance functions is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
