This is a full-time, on-site Night Shift role for a Customer Relations Officer located in Kathmandu. The Customer Relations Officer will be responsible for maintaining positive client relations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing effective customer support. Day-to-day tasks include addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and analyzing customer feedback to improve service quality.
Qualifications

- Analytical Skills for evaluating customer feedback and service improvement
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
