Role Overview:
Join our Customer Experience team to deliver exceptional support via phone, chat, email, and social media. You’ll troubleshoot issues, process orders and returns, and ensure seamless customer interactions.
Shift: Night Shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries through multiple channels—phone, chat, email, social media.
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve complaints professionally and empathetically.
- Handle orders, refunds, exchanges, and account updates.
- Keep accurate records and collaborate with internal teams.
- Strive for First Call Resolution (FCR) while maintaining efficiency.
What You Bring:
- 1–2 years in customer support
- Fluent English
- Strong problem-solving & tech skills
- Comfortable with early-morning shifts (Nepal timezone)
- (Bonus) Experience with CRM or helpdesk tools
Goals & Metrics:
- Maximize Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).
- Achieve high First Call Resolution (FCR).
- Keep Average Handle Time (AHT) efficient.
