Role Overview:

Join our Customer Experience team to deliver exceptional support via phone, chat, email, and social media. You’ll troubleshoot issues, process orders and returns, and ensure seamless customer interactions.


Shift: Night Shift


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inquiries through multiple channels—phone, chat, email, social media.
  • Troubleshoot issues and resolve complaints professionally and empathetically.
  • Handle orders, refunds, exchanges, and account updates.
  • Keep accurate records and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Strive for First Call Resolution (FCR) while maintaining efficiency.


What You Bring:

  • 1–2 years in customer support
  • Fluent English
  • Strong problem-solving & tech skills
  • Comfortable with early-morning shifts (Nepal timezone)
  • (Bonus) Experience with CRM or helpdesk tools


Goals & Metrics:

  • Maximize Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).
  • Achieve high First Call Resolution (FCR).
  • Keep Average Handle Time (AHT) efficient.
