Job Description

Position Summary:

The Front Desk Officer serves as the first point of contact for customers visiting or calling the branch. This role involves handling customer inquiries, managing service requests, processing payments, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers in a polite and professional manner.
  • Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate departments.
  • Provide accurate information about internet packages, pricing, and service availability.

Service Coordination

  • Register new service requests, complaints, and installation bookings in the system.
  • Coordinate with the technical team for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting schedules.
  • Follow up with customers to confirm service delivery and satisfaction.

Billing & Payments

  • Accept customer payments for bills, new connections, or device purchases.
  • Issue payment receipts and maintain accurate transaction records.
  • Reconcile daily cash and hand over to the accounts team.

Administrative Support

  • Maintain visitor logs, service request forms, and office supplies.
  • Assist in preparing daily reports on walk-ins, complaints, and new connections.
  • Support the branch in basic administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • +2 (Intermediate) completed; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role (preferably in telecom/ISP).
