Job Description

Who We're Looking For:

We’re expanding our team and looking for a dynamic individual who is confident, outspoken, and eager to grow with us. You will be responsible for basic content creation (photo/video-based), speaking to leads on behalf of our brand, and contributing to our digital presence.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:
Record short videos (reels/stories/promo clips)
Create engaging photos or video snippets using a phone
Post content with basic captions, tags, and scheduling (we can guide)
Lead Engagement:
Call and follow up with leads
Build rapport, explain our offerings, and qualify prospects
Collect feedback and report communication outcomes
Brand Communication:
Speak on behalf of the company for short clips or promos
Attend online/in-person promotional events if needed

What You Must Have:

✅ Confident and outgoing personality

✅ Strong communication skills (both Nepali & English)

✅ Own a good quality smartphone (for recording & calling)

✅ Understand how to create short, relatable video content

✅ Basic video/photo editing skills (CapCut, VN, InShot, etc. – even beginner level is fine)

✅ Willingness to learn and improve

✅ Reliable internet and phone service

Nice to Have (But Not Mandatory):

Prior experience in customer service or sales calls
Familiarity with social media trends (especially TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
Knowledge of Canva or any basic design tools
