Job Description
NAXA is looking for a Human Resource Trainee/Associate to support and strengthen our people operations. In this role, you will help manage recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and internal HR systems to ensure a smooth and supportive work environment. Employee Records & Database Management
- Maintain and regularly update employee documents on HRIS and Google Drive.
- Ensure contracts, PAN, CVs (World Bank format), certificates, and photos are systematically stored.
- Maintain team attendance data and update staff records across master sheets and the website.
- Manage job descriptions and coordinate manpower requisitions.
- Post vacancies on job portals and social media; design banners and posts.
- Screen applications, rename CVs by salary expectations, organize per JD.
- Schedule and assist with interviews up to mid-level positions.
- Share contracts and essential onboarding documents.
- Organize welcome sessions, office tours, and system setups (email, HRIS, Slack).
- Assist in orientation and policy training for new hires.
- Develop and manage intern onboarding and exit workflows.
- Create engaging experiences to retain interns and encourage conversion to full-time roles.
- Represent NAXA at career fairs and build partnerships with colleges.
- Maintain outreach records and a potential candidate database.
- Support in market research to refine sourcing strategies.
- Plan and execute team-building and celebration events.
- Promote wellness initiatives and flexible work practices.
- Help team members navigate HRIS systems for leave, attendance, and logs.
- Provide resources like FAQs, guides, and video tutorials.
- Conduct onboarding training for systems and tools.
- Track and schedule periodic reviews with team leads.
- Participate in performance feedback sessions, especially for interns and trainees.
- Oversee smooth employee offboarding, including handovers and exit interviews.
- Ensure return of company assets and update exit-related documentation.
- Collaborate with Finance for monthly payroll adjustments.
- Coordinate ID card printing with design/admin teams.
- Assist in project-wise time tracking and reporting.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in HR/admin (internship included).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and G-Suite tools is an added benefit
- Creative and proactive mindset, especially in employee engagement.
