We are looking for an energetic and reliable Sales Assistant to support our fashion retail operations during peak periods, events, or stock clearances. The role involves assisting with showroom sales, stock handling in the warehouse, and supporting back-of-store activities to ensure smooth daily operations.
Major Roles And Responsibilities (Job Details)
Showroom Sales
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide product information and styling suggestions
- Maintain visual merchandising and cleanliness of the showroom
- Handle billing and basic POS operations (training provided)
- Receive, unpack, and label incoming stock
- Organize and maintain inventory in the stockroom
- Assist in periodic stock counts and inventory audits
- Prepare stock for showroom display and transfers
- Tagging, folding, and packaging garments
- Replenishing items on the sales floor
- Supporting online order preparation or returns (if required)
- Ensuring timely coordination between sales floor and warehouse
