Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager located in Kathmandu. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services. Daily tasks will include managing client communication, handling client inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs and expectations. The role also involves tracking client feedback and implementing improvement measures.

- Client Management and Problem-Solving skills
- Understanding of Sales and Marketing Concepts
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
