*Education: BHM or relevant subject
*Experience: 3-4 years of experience as an F&b supervisor/Operation/Reservation Supervisor or relevant position in Resort/Hotel industry.
-Key Responsibilities:
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Manage reservations, coordinate activities, and maintain records
• Basic computer skills for managing reservations
• Support daily operations of all F&B
• Supervise and train staff; ensure top service standards.
• Manage inventory and help control food & beverage costs.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues.
• Ensure hygiene and safety compliance.
• Assist with events like weddings, banquets, and outdoor dining.
• Able to work under pressure, work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
