Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee Plant Operations: Manage day-to-day refilling, storage, and distribution of products (e.g., LPG, industrial gases).
2. Safety Management: Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, regulations, and industry standards.
3. Production Planning: Coordinate refilling schedules, inventory management, and logistics.
4. Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure product purity and safety.
5. Team Management: Lead and develop a team of operators, technicians, and support staff.
6. Maintenance: Oversee regular maintenance, inspections, and repairs of equipment and facilities.
7. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements:
1. Experience in plant management or operations in a similar industry
2. Strong knowledge of safety protocols and regulations
3. Leadership and team management skills
4. Ability to analyze production data and implement improvements
