- Hardware, Network and IT System Troubleshooting, Monitoring and Maintenance Support for company Data Center.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance of the Data Center and Network Security Infrastructure Components.
- Perform daily checks of Data Center and Network Infrastructure to ensure whether they are functioning properly.
- Escalate critical system faults to the office IT for assistance and restoration.
- Perform Onsite maintenance as per requirement.
- Daily Reporting Hardware and Software Status to office IT.
- Maintain daily entry and changes log on Data Center.
- IT Support for various company IT Syetems.
- Other Ad hoc duties as per instruction from IT Chief.
- The personal should work under Corporate Planning and Monitoring Department, MIS and Research section.
- The job timing and working hours will be as directed by company and may vary time to time.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Minimum 1 year experience as system and network, support and maintenance, web programming database management or similar role.
- Good Knowledge of computer system and IT components.
- Excellent troubleshooting skill.
- Good communication abilities.
- Candidate should be able to work any day of the week, 8 hours a per day, and substitute for any absent candidate on a need basis.
- Should be able to work any days and duty hours as per duty roster.
Education + Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in IT
