Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Test Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in manual and automated testing and a strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC). You will play a key role in executing test plans, identifying defects, and ensuring product quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements.
  • Perform manual and Automation testing for web, mobile, and API-based applications.
  • Report, track, and manage defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product managers to clarify requirements and validate deliverables.
  • Participate in sprint activities such as planning, daily standups, and retrospectives as part of the Agile/Scrum process.
  • Conduct regression, integration, and performance testing as needed.
  • Contribute to maintaining QA documentation and improving testing practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in software quality assurance testing.
  • Familiarity with test automation tools like Selenium, Postman, Cypress, or similar is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC/STLC.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Familiarity with bug tracking and project management tools like Jira.
  • Excellent analytical, attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST API).
  • Knowledge of Automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, etc).
  • Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad, etc).
