Job Description
- Job Purpose: To assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining computer network systems and ensuring the company’s computer network is functioning smoothly and efficiently. Also, working closely with all users in the organization to develop and implement IT strategies.
Key Responsibility Area (KRA):
- IT Work
- Introduce, Deploy & Manage New Projects across the group (Barcode system, Attendance System, CCTV, VPN, Enterprise Software, Mobile Applications etc)
- Ensuring Network connectivity and lT security including Disaster Recovery and Data loss prevention across the group.
- Co-ordination for usage, uptime to cut costs and maintain group's overall Communication, Work process & data security
- Installing & Troubleshooting computer and accessories, printer, network and other application Software's
- Applying operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes in order to minimize down time and virus infection.
- Installing & Troubleshooting Wired / Wireless Routers, Nas Drive, ADSL Routers & Switches. Support for all Software Installation and Networking.
- Maintaining server computer and also install and managing Router for Networking all locations. (Factories, showrooms etc) and assist for Data / Mail Recovery.
- Coordinate with ISP Provider for any networking and IT Security
- Prepare systems cost estimates and cost-benefit analyses to seek approval.
- Provide desktop support to all user and troubleshooting for smooth working of IT systems of each and every user of the organization.
- Plan and schedule site visit to project considering each project is visited once in a quarter.
- Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule
- SAP Support
- Provide day-to-day support for SAP Business One users, resolving system issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical or functional problems within SAP Business One.
- Configure and customize SAP Business One modules (Finance, Inventory, Sales, etc.).
- Maintain and update system settings, workflows, and customizations.
- Train end-users and develop user manuals, training materials, and documentation.
- Support implementation and integration of new modules or solutions.
- Identify and optimize system processes to improve efficiency.
- Create and manage custom reports using tools like Query Manager.
- Analyze business data and provide insights.
- Ensure data security, system compliance, and adherence to policies.
- Assist with system audits and data backups.
