Responsibilities
- Providing front-line customer support by answering phone calls, emails or messages from customers who have internet service issues.
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to internet connectivity, such as router configuration, and network settings.
- Monitoring network performance and identifying potential problems, then escalating issues to higher-level support teams as necessary.
- Effectively communicating technical information to customers in a clear and understandable manner, including providing step-by-step instructions for issue resolution.
Qualifications
- Understanding of networking concepts, internet protocols, and familiarity with common internet equipment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to internet connectivity.
- Willingness and availability to work in shifts.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
