What You'll Do
- Drive Product Vision & Strategy: Define a clear roadmap in line with business goals and customer needs.
- Own the Backlog: Maintain, prioritize, and communicate the product backlog, ensuring development efforts stay focused and aligned.
- Bridge Business & Tech: Translate complex business problems into actionable user stories, epics, and features.
- Champion Agile: Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives in a fully Agile environment.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for product-related communication between internal teams and US-based clients.
- Customer-Centric Design: Ensure products deliver outstanding user experiences and meet real-world healthcare needs.
- Ensure Compliance: Support HIPAA, HL7, EDI, and other US healthcare regulations throughout the product lifecycle.
- Measure & Improve: Use data and feedback to continuously iterate on product features and user experience.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Senior Business Analyst.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in US Healthcare projects—EMR, EHR, Claims, Insurance, Payers/Providers, or similar domains.
- Deep understanding of US healthcare workflows, systems, and regulatory requirements.
- Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, etc.).
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence or similar.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across geographies.
- Strategic thinker with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
