Job Description
A. Job Purpose:
To promote effective HR & admin functions and enable business success through efficiency in day-to-day HR plans and programs implementation
B. Key Responsibility Area (KRA):
1. Recruitment: Coordinating for HRF, JD, Sourcing Candidate & Interview with HODs / UH.
2. Employee Master Database: Maintain and verify master database of all employees along with joining formalities and documentation in an organized and systematic order both manually and in HRM System.
3. Probation & Confirmation Review: Preparing Probation Period Review Form, MIS & coordinating with HODs / UH for timely completion
4. Payroll: Facilitating resolutions to any Payroll errors.
5. Learning & Development: Support for TNI & Implementation of L&D Plans.
6. Time Office: Verify and maintain proper record of attendance, hours worked, overtime, official duty, absenteeism and missed attendance punch.
7. Contract Employees Verification: Contract Employees and security guard attendance and bill verification.
8. Leave and OD: Maintaining Leave and official duty record and verification.
9. Insurance claim: Initiate insurance claim process in a timely and accurate manner.
10. Grievance Handling & Disciplinary action: Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
11. Employee Engagement Activity: Need to coordinate with HO/UH/HOD for employee engagement activity.
12. GR/IR/PR: Coordinate and assist for any such GR/IR/PR related issues.
13. JD – Job Description: Preparing JD in coordination with HOD/UH.
14. Others HR Operations: Support for execution of Appraisal System, Goal Setting, Organogram, Exit Formality, HR Audit.
15. Others Admin operations: Canteen Mgmt. / Security Guard / Guest House / Housekeeping, Driver & Vehicle Movement/Travel Arrangement. Monitors and procures needed supplies for office and kitchen.
C. Report: Daily, Weekly & Monthly HR MIS Report & Absenteeism Report
D. Qualification: Bachelor in Mgmt., or +2 in management stream.
E. Experience: 2 years of relevant professional experience.
F. Required Competencies:
· Knowledge of using office technology and related software for HR functions.
· Ability to report and communicate work assignments on a daily basis.
· High level of attention to details.
· Professional mannerism.
