Job Description
Position Summary:
The HR Coordinator- Payroll & Talent Acquisition will assist and manage the functions of the Outsourcing and Headhunting Departments overall named as HR Consulting Department. While maintaining his duties in overseeing outsourcing clients and employee operations, the position now entails supervisory responsibilities for the Headhunting Department. The officer will work closely with clients, team members, and upper management to guarantee operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Act as a bridge between the outsourcing clients and the company, facilitating effective communication and service provision.
· Comprehend client needs and deliver customized solutions for managing the workforce.
· Manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance evaluation, and exit procedures for outsourced staff.
· Ensure compliance with employment regulations and client agreements as per the Labor act and company policies.
· Work together with internal teams to resolve client or employee concerns.
· Oversee the performance of outsourced employees and guarantee prompt resolution of any issues.
Headhunting Department:
· Oversee and assist the Headhunting team in identifying and positioning candidates according to client specifications.
· Offer direction to the team and supervise daily activities to guarantee effectiveness.
· Serve as a liaison for headhunting clients to grasp their recruitment requirements and offer prompt updates.
· Ensure that recruitment timelines are adhered to high-quality placements.
· Help in establishing and monitoring KPIs for the Headhunting team.
· Deliver regular updates and reports to the Head of Business & Operations.
· Determine obstacles in hiring procedures and suggest improvements
· Prepare and send weekly, monthly, quarterly or as per requirement report to Head of Business and Operations.
· Stay updated on market trends to enhance headhunting services.
