Job Description

Global IT Careers is seeking a Full Stack Developer with 3-5 years of experience to join the growing team of our US-based healthcare technology client. You’ll contribute to developing high-performance, scalable web applications that impact healthcare outcomes globally.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain web applications using React.js for frontend and Node.js (Express) for backend.
Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement modern, responsive interfaces.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and solution design.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.
Work within Agile teams, actively contributing to sprints and stand-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
3-5 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
Proficiency in Node.js, including Express.js and REST API development.
Strong experience in React.js, Redux, and modern frontend workflows.
Experience with Git for version control.
Knowledge of databases (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or similar).
Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
Solid problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
