- Achieve monthly/ quarterly/ yearly sales target by following sales process.
- Identify target customers of planned market segment and do daily sales call for C0 creation.
- Maintain Red Book with all information gathered from sales call.
- Regularly maintain sales pipeline in ERP.
- Conduct KAP need analysis by analyzing pipe line status and conversion ratio.
- Plan and execute KAP in designated area and timely forward of KAP report to the concerned.
- Prepare retail forecast for two the next two months for designated area and product segment.
- Assist supervisor in analyzing profile of target audience for advertisement.
- Track activities of competitors and suggest supervisor to implement counter strategy.
- Cover competition customers and find out the reason for buying competition product and formulate action plan for conversion.
- Prepare report such as lost customer analysis report; competitors' pricing; product feedback analysis and customer complaint analysis and forward it to the supervisor for necessary action.
- Maintain cordial relationship with financial institutions and customers to meet company's objectives.
Job Specifications
- Graduate in management OR Intermediate with 1 year of experience.
- Knowledge and expertise in sales function.
- Routine problem solving.
- Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP.
