Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager located in Dhangarhi. The Manager will oversee daily operations, develop and implement business strategies, lead a team, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage budgets. The role also involves coordinating with different departments and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in management, leadership, and strategic planning
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management
- Ability to analyze and improve processes and procedures
- Experience in a similar industry or role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Ability to work on-site in Dhangarhi
