Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Software Support Specialist to join our team in Kathmandu. In this role, you will support users of MEROMENU, our comprehensive restaurant management software. You will serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues, providing efficient troubleshooting and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, communicative, and committed to solving problems effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and professional support for software via phone and on-site visits
- Troubleshoot issues related to POS, billing, inventory, reporting, and other core features
- Log and track support tickets, ensuring resolution within defined SLAs
- Escalate unresolved issues to the development team
- Deliver training sessions to clients on how to use different modules of software
- Contribute to the internal knowledge base and improve support processes
- Gather user feedback and assist in the continuous improvement of the product
Qualifications
- Customer Support and Technical Support skills
- Strong Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting abilities
- Experience in Software Support
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the software industry is a plus
- Relevant certifications or a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
