We are seeking a proactive and creative Digital Marketing & Outreach Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone at a junior to mid-level who is eager to grow their skills in social media management, SEO, digital marketing, and client prospecting.

The associate will be responsible for managing our online presence, executing digital marketing strategies, conducting digital scans to identify potential clients, and reaching out to them in a professional manner.


Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content across company social media platforms.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow online communities.
  • Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.


SEO & Digital Marketing

  • Optimize website content for search engines (on-page and off-page SEO).
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and track SEO performance.
  • Assist in executing paid campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.).
  • Support in developing content strategies to improve online visibility.


Client Prospecting & Outreach

  • Conduct digital scans/research to identify potential leads and business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a database of potential clients.
  • Draft and send professional outreach messages/emails to engage with prospects.
  • Collaborate with the sales/management team to schedule meetings or demos.


Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work with internal teams to align digital strategies with company goals.
  • Prepare regular reports on social media growth, SEO rankings, and outreach activities.

  • Qualifications & Skills:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
    • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, or social media management (internships/freelance experience also considered).
    • Basic knowledge of SEO tools.
    • Familiarity with social media management tools.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
    • Ability to research, analyze, and present findings clearly.
    • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
