Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and creative professional to manage and enhance our online presence. The role involves maintaining and updating our e-commerce website, creating compelling content for products and campaigns, and executing effective digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and sales.


Requirements

Website & E-commerce Management

  • Regularly update and maintain product listings, images, pricing, stock, and descriptions on the website.
  • Ensure website content is accurate, user-friendly, and SEO-optimized.
  • Coordinate with developers/designers for technical updates, bug fixing, and UI/UX improvements.
  • Monitor website performance (speed, SEO health, broken links, errors) and ensure smooth functionality.


Content Creation

  • Develop engaging product descriptions, blog posts, and promotional content.
  • Create graphics, banners, and marketing visuals (basic design skills a plus).
  • Manage content calendar for website, newsletters, and social media.
  • Collaborate with photography/videography team for product shoots and campaigns.


Digital Marketing

  • Plan and execute online marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, etc.).
  • Manage and grow social media presence across platforms.
  • Implement SEO, SEM, and email marketing strategies.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ads Manager).
  • Suggest improvements for conversion optimization and customer engagement.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce management and digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in website platforms (OpenCart, WordPress, Shopify, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication and content writing skills.
  • Basic graphic design/video editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
