Job Description
Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and enroll premium merchants across strategic business categories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with premium merchants, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction.
- Coordinate and execute effective merchant onboarding and activation processes, ensuring a smooth transition into the ecosystem.
- Plan and implement merchant-centric campaigns and offers in collaboration with the brand and marketing teams.
- Drive retention efforts by understanding merchant needs and providing ongoing support and engagement strategies.
- Monitor merchant performance, collect feedback, and identify areas of improvement or opportunity.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Product) to deliver value-driven solutions for merchants.
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor offerings, and merchant needs to drive innovation and differentiation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in business development, client relationship management, or field sales, preferably in fintech, retail, or FMCG.
Skills
- Experience working with merchants in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
- Understanding of digital wallets, payment platforms, or financial services.
- Data-driven mindset with basic skills in CRM or reporting tools.
