Job Description

We are looking for a creative and driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute strategies that enhance brand visibility and engagement for our clients. This role involves creating compelling content (including basic video editing), managing Google and Meta Ads campaigns, and overseeing social media management, within a collaborative startup environment. You will work closely with our web development and design teams to deliver cohesive digital solutions for clients like Dragon Heli.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and create engaging content for social media posts, blogs, website updates, and short promotional videos, ensuring alignment with client branding.
  • Design, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, and Google Ads to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
  • Oversee social media account management, including content scheduling, posting, and monitoring engagement to build and retain audience interaction.
  • Set up, optimize, and analyze Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram Ads) and Google Ads campaigns, focusing on performance metrics and budget efficiency.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to inform content and advertising strategies.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads Dashboard, preparing detailed reports for the team and clients.
  • Collaborate with the web development team to integrate marketing content, including videos, with website features (e.g., CMS, blogs, YouTube iframes).
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters to engage client audiences.
  • Develop creative strategies to enhance online presence and user engagement for client projects, proposing innovative ideas to the team.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on content creation, paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads), and social media management.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads).
  • Basic video editing skills using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar software for creating short promotional content.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Nepali or Hindi is a plus).
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling, content creation, and visual design.
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Canva.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and optimize performance.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small, dynamic team.
Preferred Skills
  • Advanced experience with content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) for designing social media posts, blog visuals, and videos.
  • Proven track record in managing successful Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram Ads) or Google Ads campaigns (e.g., campaign setup, audience targeting, performance optimization).
  • Basic video editing


Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary: NPR 20,000 per month (Base on performance ).
  • Lunch Allowance: Daily lunch provided during office hours
  • Travel Allowance: Reimbursement for local travel expenses related to work.
