About the Role

We are looking for a creative Content Writer with a strong flair for ideation and storytelling to craft impactful content across blogs, social media, and other digital touchpoints. A strategic thinker who understands how to adapt content for different audiences and platforms.


The candidate should have 2–5 years of experience in creating content for businesses or public-facing brands, with the ability to research independently and develop original narratives that resonate with spiritual audiences. 



Key Responsibilities

  • Write clear, engaging, and brand-consistent content across formats: blogs, articles, social media posts, website copy, scripts, and newsletters
  • Ideate and develop creative storytelling approaches aligned with brand and campaign objectives
  • Conduct independent research on industry topics, competitors, and trends to create authentic and credible content
  • Apply SEO best practices for blogs and web content to improve discoverability and rankings
  • Collaborate with design, video, and social teams to bring content ideas to life
  • Adapt writing style and tone for different platforms and audiences (B2B, B2C, community-driven)
  • Ensure originality—not reliant on AI tools like ChatGPT
  • Track content performance and iterate based on analytics and audience feedback



Requirements

  • 2–5 years of professional experience as a content writer, ideally for business or public-facing brands
  • Strong grasp of storytelling, ideation, and brand voice
  • Excellent command of English grammar, style, and tone adaptability
  • Understanding of social media dynamics, SEO principles, and blogging best practices.
  • Ability to conduct in-depth research and simplify complex topics into engaging narratives.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple assignments with deadlines.



Nice-to-Have (Plus)

  • Experience with content strategy and planning
  • Familiarity with tools like WordPress, Google Analytics, SEMrush, or SurferSEO
  • Knowledge of copywriting for ads, scripts, or short-form video content
